I came into the kitchen this morning to discover my husband having a good old chuckle. But as soon as I walked in he slammed shut the lid of his laptop.With a little gentle persuasion, he eventually allowed me to have a look and I discovered he’d been reading the Daily Mail online when he spotted this mischievous cartoon from Pugh.
Bless him, he was worried that I might take offence at someone joking in a comment about his own wife’s cooking.
I read the article further – the Daily Mail was announcing to the world the launch of the all new AGA iTotal Control, which can be operated from anywhere by text or an online app – and then I saw a wonderful quote from my dear friend Jilly Cooper. I particularly like the bit where she says the new AGA iTotal Control text function might be the technology to “drag her into the 21st century”.
