I really hate blowing my own trumpet, but I was asked to produce a booklet on my favourite British recipes and, well, it’s out now!

The booklet – called Lady AGA’s Great British Food – includes a guide to why AGA-cooked food tastes so wonderful, a look back at the history of the AGA cooker and, of course, some delicious recipes we can truly call our own.

These include submissions from Mary Berry, Lucy Young and AGA food editor Dawn Roads.
